Privacy Policy
How Campbell Junk Removal LLC handles your information.
We collect only what we need to quote, schedule, and complete your pickup. This page explains what we gather, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Effective date: April 26, 2026
Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Campbell Junk Removal LLC ("Campbell Junk Removal," "we," "us," or "our"), a Washington limited liability company based in Tacoma, Washington, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, request a quote, book a pickup, or otherwise interact with our services.
Information we collect
Contact details you provide when you request a quote, book a pickup, or reach out by phone, text, email, or our website forms — typically your name, phone number, email address, and pickup address.
Job details such as a description or list of the items you want removed, access notes (stairs, gates, parking), preferred pickup windows, and any special handling requests. We do not currently accept customer photo uploads through this site.
Payment information collected on the day of service. We do not currently process or store payments through this website. Any payments handled through a third-party payment processor will be governed by that processor's privacy practices, and we will not store full card numbers on our servers.
Basic technical information automatically sent by your browser when you visit our site, such as IP address, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL. We use this for security, troubleshooting, and understanding aggregate site traffic. The site is hosted on Cloudflare and Firebase Hosting, with booking and contact records stored in Cloudflare D1.
Optional analytics. If Firebase Analytics is enabled, Google receives basic usage events (page views, device/browser info, approximate location derived from IP) governed by Google's privacy policy.
Address autocomplete. When you type a pickup address into our forms, the partial address text is sent to Mapbox or, as a fallback, to OpenStreetMap (Photon by Komoot) to return suggestions, governed by their respective privacy policies.
Internal notifications. New booking and contact requests are forwarded to a private internal Discord channel so we can respond quickly. The forwarded data matches what you submitted on the form.
How we use information
To prepare quotes, schedule pickups, dispatch our crew, complete the haul, and follow up afterward.
To send job-related messages such as arrival windows, confirmations, receipts, and responses to your questions. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS — reply STOP to opt out of any non-transactional messages.
To keep business records for tax, accounting, insurance, and regulatory purposes.
To improve our services, train our team, and, where permitted by law, send occasional updates about services you may find useful. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
How we share information
With service providers who help us operate the business — including Cloudflare (hosting and the D1 database), Firebase Hosting and Firebase Analytics by Google, Mapbox and OpenStreetMap/Photon (address suggestions), Discord (internal notifications), and disposal or recycling partners. These providers may only use your information to perform work on our behalf, subject to their own privacy terms.
When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our customers, our team, or the public.
In connection with a sale, merger, financing, or transfer of all or part of our business, in which case customer records may be transferred as part of the transaction.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
Cookies and analytics
Our site may use cookies and similar technologies — including those set by Firebase Analytics if enabled — to remember preferences, keep the site secure, and measure traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can block analytics with most ad/tracker blockers. Blocking cookies may affect some features of the site.
Data retention
We keep customer records for as long as needed to provide service, respond to questions, resolve disputes, and meet our legal, tax, and insurance obligations. Booking and invoice records are typically retained for at least four (4) years from the job date to satisfy Washington state recordkeeping requirements. When records are no longer needed, we delete or anonymize them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or local privacy laws — for example, residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit certain processing of their personal information.
To make a request, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on the request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical steps to protect customer information, including hosting on managed cloud platforms (Cloudflare, Firebase) with industry-standard encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you send to us. Please use care when sharing sensitive information with any business, including ours.
International users
We operate in Washington State, USA, and our service providers may store or process information in other U.S. states or internationally. By using our site or services, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your home country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; continued use of our services after an update means you accept the updated policy.
